Goat's Eye Mountain is the most challenging peak at the Sunshine Village ski resort in Banff National Park, offering intermediate and expert runs to experienced skiers. It boasts a 1,900-foot vertical of black and double black routes, with tree and rock walls about half way down the mountain.

Of course, it's not as challenging as life sometimes seems! In Level Three training, we look at ways of finding balance in our lives so everyone – friends, family, work and especially you! – all get even pieces of the proverbial pie. You will also learn how to assess criticism and use it to your advantage, as well as how to listen to your gut to make the right decisions.
